What we refer to as a bonus or promotion may include free spins, any type of bonus, or any amount added directly to your player account when a deposit is made.

1. Operation of cash and bonus balances
1.1 When a deposit is made, the deposit amount is placed into a « cash balance » and any associated bonus amount is placed into a « bonus balance ».
1.2 The cash balance amount may at any time be subject to a withdrawal request according to the general withdrawal terms (see 4. Withdrawals in the General Terms and Conditions of Use).
1.3 When a player has an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
1.4 Bonuses and any associated winnings are withdrawable once the bonus wagering requirements have been met. Progress towards the bonus wagering requirements is visible in the "Balances" tab of your cashier.
2. Bonus wagering conditions
2.1 By default, the wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
2.2 Only bets placed using the bonus balance contribute to the wagering requirements for that bonus.
2.3 When the player fully meets the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to the cash balance.
2.4 If the player requests a withdrawal before fulfilling the wagering requirements, the active bonus and any pending free spins will be automatically canceled.
2.5 Each game type contributes differently to the wagering requirements. Slot games contribute 100%, video poker games contribute 20%, table games and live dealer games contribute 5%. Other games do not contribute to the wagering requirements.
2.6 The maximum time to meet the bonus wagering requirements is 30 days. After this period, the bonus balance will be canceled.
2.7 When a bet uses both cash balance and bonus balance, it is considered a “mixed bet”. In this case, all winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
2.8 The maximum allowed bet when using a bonus is INR 10 per spin. If the player places a bet higher than this amount, the bonus and any winnings will be canceled.
3. Free spins
3.1 Winnings from free spins are credited directly to the cash balance with no wagering requirements.
3.2 The withdrawal limit for winnings generated from free spins is INR 300.
3.3 Free spins are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
3.4 Deposits associated with free spins can only be withdrawn provided they have been wagered at least 1 time on slot games.
3.5 Any withdrawal request will cancel any free spins held in the account that have not been activated by the player at the time of such withdrawal.
4. Jackpots
4.1 All jackpot amounts displayed on the site are for information purposes only. The amount of each jackpot is displayed in the game window designated for this purpose once the game is launched.
4.2 When a jackpot is won, it is immediately reset on the website's server. This occurs in real time; however, the on-screen display may take a short time to update. Whatever the jackpot amount shown in the game, the server-side jackpot value at the moment of the win is the prize that will be awarded.
4.3 Any progressive jackpot payment equal to or exceeding 50,000 INR may require an additional 14 days for processing.
5. General bonus rules
5.1 By participating in promotions and/or by agreeing to receive the bonus(es) offered by Dublz Casino, the player automatically declares acceptance of the terms and conditions related to the offer or bonus as well as the general terms and conditions of promotions/bonuses listed on this page.
5.2 A player may obtain a maximum of one (1) bonus per promotional offer unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of any of our promotions.
5.3 Bonuses and promotional offers are not cumulative (unless stated otherwise) and may only be granted once per person, per household, per residential address or per IP address.
5.4 Unless stated otherwise, the minimum deposit required to qualify for a bonus is 10 INR.
5.5 If a player is eligible to receive a bonus, the time to claim it is 24 hours. This time is 30 days for the welcome bonus only.
5.6 In the case of free bonuses obtained outside of any promotion, the maximum authorized withdrawal is 20 times the amount of the bonus.
5.7 The maximum withdrawal amount following receipt of a no-deposit sign-up bonus is limited to 100 INR
5.8 We reserve the right to cancel any bonus as well as the winnings related to it in case of fraud or in the event that the player placed bets with almost no risk solely for the purpose of meeting the wagering requirements of the bonus.
5.9 Any win related to an illegitimate bonus may be subject to cancellation of the bonus or the winnings related to it.
5.10 Any manipulation of play such as the use of the Martingale practice, the Paroli Betting System or Bonus Hunt (non-exhaustive list) are not permitted and may result in the cancellation of related winnings.
5.11 These practices may also lead to the suspension of the account and/or of any promotional offer for the player.
5.12 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In that case, they must contact customer support before placing any wager and/or starting to play, in order to remove the current bonus and to disable the receipt and display of any future bonus.
5.13 Players from the following countries are not eligible for our promotions: Finland, Sweden, Norway, South America and Central America (non-exhaustive list).

5.17 In case of abuse, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or block any player account, as well as to cancel/revoke any ongoing gaming activity and to refund the initial deposit.
